Design Verification Engineer
Board/System Qualifying Engineer for mobile systems and graphics products. This position will be responsible for qualification and signal integrity measurement of state-of-the-art board level/system level using NVIDIA silicon chip products.
Qualification and signal integrity measurement may include Automotive, server, graphics cards, embedded system products and more. Contribute system and board level engineering expertise to specification and design of the latest complex products. Successful candidate will be in a dynamic engineering environment, with the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of exciting and challenging projects.
★What you'll be doing:
? Board level and system level Verification/analysis for next generation Automotive products, server products and graphics products.
? DC-DC Power solutions evaluation.
? Signal quality measurement and analysis of DC/DC power designs.
? Signal integrity/Signal integrity failure analysis.
? Signal quality measurement and analysis of high speed busses.
? Signal quality measurement and analysis of digital and analog display signals
★What we need to see:
? Major in Power Electronics, or EE or related major. BS or above.
? Experience with PC architecture.
? Good system knowledge of Desktop PC motherboards, Notebook motherboards, Graphics, handheld products, embedded systems.
? Knowledge with at least 2 of the followings: Signal integrity, Switch power supply, High speed bused such as PCI Express busses, SDRAM/DDR.
? Good English speaking and listening.
★Ways to stand out from the crowd:
? Experience in measuring/designing DC/DC power solution.
? Experience with using high speed oscilloscopes for signal quality measurement is a plus (e.g. Tektronics TDS7104, DSA71254).
? Experience on leading project design is preferred.
? Mat-lab /Lab-view is preferred

GPU Application Engineer
NVIDIA GPU Application Engineer is a department to provide technical support to NVIDIA global customers. We are mainly located in Santa Clara, Taipei, Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai. Our main mission is: delivering NVIDIA GPU related technical information to our customers, training our customers to design NVIDIA GPU related products, and supporting our customer to successfully build NVIDIA GPU related products into the market.
Now, we are looking for GPU Software Application Engineers in Shanghai/Shenzhen, China to drive key aspects of the GPU technology for notebook platforms. This person will support NVIDIA customers focusing on product engineering and technology development and will bring deep GPUs knowledge and experience in GeForce products, GPU development with background in PC architecture, design, as well as key technologies such as high-speed interconnects, system qualification and system reliability.
★What you'll be doing:
? Provide Pre / Post technical support for customers with NVIDIA notebook GPU solution.
? Provide technical presentation / support towards design wins.
? Provide technical design/identification/debugging support towards production.
? Interface at technical level with HW and SW engineers for design assistance and problem solving.
? Help to identify / solve the production issues and do preliminary FA.
? Help to do SW QA job to duplicate issue/verify fix and do the basic test.
? Communicate and work with customers and H.Q. to provide solution for customers issues.
★What we need to see:
? Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. BS or above.
? Familiar with PC system architecture, C and C++.
? Proven self-initiative, Interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
★Ways to stand out from the crowd:
? Knowledge on Windows kernel debug tool.
? Knowledge on oscilloscope/OHM meter.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
